Award-winning multi-cuisine restaurant group, COSMO Authentic World Kitchen, is bringing their crowd-pleasing dining experience to Glasgow.
Two years in the making, the extravagant all-you-can-eat restaurant will welcome diners from lunch ’til late, seven days a week.
Offering an experience unlike many of the traditional buffets you can find in towns and cities across the country, COSMO is designed to offer a never-ending array of fresh and traditional global cuisines across eight live-cooking stations, with over 150 tempting dishes to choose from across a whopping menu.
Culinary Adventure
Drawing inspiration from all corners of the globe, guests can expect a buzzy atmosphere and dazzling food theatre from the professionally trained chefs.
Diners can choose from six different ‘cuisine genres’, including Pan Asian, Italian, Indian, Brazilian and European. That means you can find live Teppanyaki displays, pizza-prepping and carvery cutting amongst many others.
Another highlight of your evening will likely be the stand out cascading Swiss chocolate fountain, with everything from fresh fruit to sweet treats just waiting to be doused in hot chocolate.
Vibrant Multicultural City
Since the business launch in 2003, COSMO has expanded throughout the UK and Ireland. Customers have embraced the global dining and flavours from across the globe, with many of the major UK cities now hosting a COSMO dining experience.
Speaking of the upcoming launch, Operations Director at COSMO Suzanne Wink explained why Glasgow is the perfect place to host the next chapter in the COSMO story.
“Glasgow is such a vibrant multicultural city and we can’t wait to have the doors open and welcome customers. We’re confident in delivering exceptional dining, and we’re excited about giving Glaswegians a comfortable new space to savour a world of global flavours from our talented kitchen team.”
A comfortable dining experience is not all COSMO is offering the city. The launch of the new location promises to bring upwards of 50 new jobs to the city, with training, experience and an environment unlike many others you can find. With this being their 19th opening and 4th in Scotland, they’re well-versed in getting the best out of their teams and offering a popular dining choice.
Suzanne’s excitement for the possibilities of the new location is infectious: “We’re offering five star dining for a fraction of the price, and always evolving the restaurant experience for our guests. Look out for an exciting launch next month, as we’re planning on marking our arrival in style.”
