Empoli FC and Kappa® have unveiled the new Home jersey for the 2025/26 season, the first chapter of a project that blends design, innovation, and local heritage.
The jersey draws inspiration from Empoli green glass, an artisanal excellence that reflects the industrious spirit of the city: a material symbolising light and resilience, widely used since the 19th century in the historic local glassworks.
A tribute to Empoli’s history, translated into a jersey that embodies belonging, style, and passion.
A new shade of blue to tell Empoli’s story
Empoli’s iconic blue has been refreshed in a brighter and more contemporary tone, enhanced with details and textures that recall the transparencies and reflections of green glass.
On the back collar, the slogan “Orgogliosi di essere Empolesi” (Proud to be from Empoli) signs off a product that unites aesthetics and identity.
The official photoshoot, held at the Carlo Castellani Stadium by sports photographer Giuseppe Romano, featured Tyronne Ebuehi, Nicolas Haas, Rares Ilie, Lorenzo Ignacchiti, and Pietro Pellegri.
Technology and innovation: the digital passport
Empoli FC is the first club in Italy to adopt the Digital Product Passport 2.0 developed by WoV Labs: each jersey is equipped with a smart tag connected to an NFT certified on the VeChain blockchain, ensuring authenticity, traceability, and uniqueness. A new way to own, experience, and collect a piece of Empoli history.
